My name is Patrick Dowling. I'm an advocate living with schizoaffective disorder.
I created Patrick's Path to connect all the pieces of the crisis system — 988, mobile crisis teams, emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals and 911 — into one unified entity, so fewer people fall through the cracks.
