Ask for a connection
Tell us what kind of help you're looking for and Patrick Dowling will read your request and reply personally by email — pointing you toward the organizations and services that fit. With your permission, he can also pass your request to a partner organization so they can contact you. A dedicated navigator who calls organizations with you remains a proposed service, not yet staffed.
Not monitored for urgent help. No reply time is guaranteed; contact an organization directly if you need support sooner.
Please do not include diagnoses, symptoms, medical histories, names of people needing care or other sensitive health details. A general request about public resources is enough.
Used only to point your request toward services near you.
500 characters left.
When you tick this and press send, your choices above (and anything you add) are emailed to Patrick Dowling and kept in a private, access-controlled store only he can read. Patrick replies by email himself — he does not hand you to an automated system. With your permission he may share your request with a partner organization. Please don't include names, addresses or medical details. This is not an emergency line: for help right now call or text 988, or call 911.
Community Partner Network — our next chapter
More connection. Less navigating alone.
Patrick's Path is a behavioral-health crisis navigation network. Public directories and guided pathways are available today. A human navigator network, coordinated warm handoffs and follow-up are proposed expansions — not staffed services currently offered here.
Peer specialists, recovery coaches, social workers, community health workers, housing navigators and family advocates can discuss participation. Partner profiles, contact checks, eligibility, coverage, accessibility, referral instructions and a feedback process would need agreement before launch. A listed resource is not automatically an official partner.
Participation inquiries are not referrals or requests for emergency help. Please do not send patient or medical information.
