Fixed-price licenses renew yearly until cancelled. Access stays on until the end of the paid year. Sign in first so the license is tied to your account.
Pay an approved quote
Card or US bank-account payment (ACH debit). Sign in with the email on your approved quote. ACH may take several business days; payment is not confirmed until funds settle.
One-time payment; no automatic renewal. License term and workspace access follow your signed contract. The payment form shows the approved total plus any applicable tax.

$100,000–$250,000+ annually, scoped to population and deployment. Request a three-, four- or five-year agreement; a one-year pilot is also available.
At the $100,000 annual starting rate, software-only planning totals are $300,000 over three years, $400,000 over four years, or $500,000 over five years. These are non-binding estimates, not fixed quotes or automatic discounts.
Setup, training and partner integrations are separate one-time services or statements of work. Payment schedule, renewals, termination, support and any service guarantees must be agreed in the signed contract. No active EHR/CAD integration, clinical dispatch, HIPAA/BAA compliance or uptime guarantee is included by implication.

Fixed annual license based on local population (for example, under 50,000 residents). Lowers the barrier for small towns trying local pilot programs.
County (Medium)
Flat annual fee scaling with county population. Includes regional first responders, county crisis centers and local community networks.
State Health Department (Enterprise)
Full statewide deployment on a multi-year contract (for example, 3- to 5-year terms), covering 988 administrators, state public-safety handoffs and aggregate reporting.
