Licensing by facility and bed capacity.
Facility-based base rate
One hospital: $40,000 annually. Two hospitals: $80,000 annually before any separately scoped services or adjustments.
Bed-capacity scope
The quote captures staffed psychiatric beds and participating facilities. Capacity adjustments are agreed individually; there is no published per-bed rate.
Approved staff access
Accounts require approval. Approved staff and subscribers can view private status listings; administrators manage listings and staff approval.
Privacy & implementation boundaries
Bed and team availability are manually maintained by authorized partners, not live hospital feeds. Patrick’s Path does not collect patient or health information and cannot dispatch help.
EHR/CAD feeds, agency SSO, onboarding and training require separate partner setup and statements of work. No HIPAA/BAA compliance, clinical chart exchange or uptime guarantee is claimed. Procurement and security review are required before an operational deployment.
